A watercolour made for the cover of Julottan, the 1920 Christmas number of the Swedish youth paper De Ungas Tidning. Julotta is the early-morning service held on Christmas Day; in a candlelit pew an old woman in spectacles and a headscarf holds open a hymn book while a girl in a red coat and a fair-haired boy sing beside her. The old woman's striped skirt and the children's clothes are good landmarks for the puzzle.
