Museo de Arte de Ponce

A woman in a sheer orange dress sleeps curled up against a glittering Mediterranean; the oleander above her is poisonous, hinting at the kinship of sleep and death. Forgotten after the Victorian age and once sold for little more than the price of its frame in the 1960s, it is now the pride of the Museo de Arte de Ponce in Puerto Rico.
