The poster for Princess Hyacinth, the ballet-pantomime by Ladislav Novák with music by Oskar Nedbal, at Prague's National Theatre in 1911, showing the actress Andula Sedláčková. The princess, silver-crowned with red flowers at her ears, sits chin in hand in a white gown with a gold-embroidered hem, a silver hyacinth in her hand and a star-studded blue disc behind. Blue disc, title and the blue cloth at left are the landmarks; the white gown follows once the gold hem is placed.
