Flower (1897), the companion to Fruit. A woman with white lilies in her curly hair holds up a large bunch of lilies, red blooms and yellow carnations, wearing a green dress with gold lace sleeves against a blue sky beneath an arched top. Face and the red and yellow flowers are the landmarks, while the sky and the plain corners above the arch look alike and are best filled in last.
