Ruby from The Precious Stones, the series of decorative panels in which four gems become women. A woman with dark curls sits in a white blouse and red skirt with a red jewel at her breast, one hand raised, while large red poinsettia-like flowers fill the lower half and an arched mosaic halo hangs behind her head. The big red petals and the mosaic halo are the landmarks; tell the red skirt from the red blooms by where green leaves show through.
