The Smithy
Kim Hong-do
Two smiths take turns hammering red-hot iron on the anvil, a boy works the bellows with his foot, and a man sharpens a sickle on a whetstone. The arms are drawn at different angles so that you can almost hear the rhythm of the hammers, a small proof of Kim Hong-do's eye.
