From "One Hundred Famous Views of Edo": the celebrated old plum tree at Kameido is cut boldly by its thick trunk crossing the foreground, with the blossom-viewers small beyond it. Red sky against green ground makes a striking contrast. Van Gogh copied this print in oil.
