Torii Kiyonaga
The third month from Kiyonaga's series of the twelve months in the Shinagawa pleasure quarter, around 1784, a large diptych. Women entertain guests in a seaside tea house on a spring day of cherry blossom. Kiyonaga's tall, elegant figures were the ideal of their age.
