Unas hadas se reúnen en torno a un fuego en una maraña de escarlata y rosa intenso. El color que Fitzgerald usó aquí era inusual incluso para su época, y las historias que lo vinculaban con el opio y las alucinaciones acompañaron mucho tiempo a estas obras. Los tonos están tan saturados y tan finamente rotos que solo el color acota dónde va una pieza.
